Program Overview

This 3 day ITIL® Service Design course provides a comprehensive overview of this area of the Service Lifecycle and prepares you to take the Service Design exam, leading to the ITIL® Service Design certification.

ITIL® Service Design is one of the nine ITIL® Intermediate courses which can be mixed and matched to gain the credits needed for the ITIL® Expert certification, and one of the five courses which make up the Service Lifecycle Stream. Service Design concerns processes that must be addressed to meet organizational needs during the design of IT services, including architectures, processes, policies, and documentation.

By providing a comprehensive framework of what design activities should be carried out during the lifecycle, Service Design will be particularly beneficial to anybody involved in or require a management-level understanding of these activities.
